Whether you're looking to accommodate a group of 2 or 200, we have a room suitable for your group. That doesn't include our Sanctuary that seats up to 1,000 people! Wow.
We have available for rent three floors of wheel-chair accessible meeting space in a smoke free, non-alcoholic environment. Pianos are available for all rooms except the Nursery on Level 3. There are washroom facilities on all levels. Wheelchair accessible facilities are on level 3.
Please note that we require you to carry your own liability insurance when using our facilities. Please provide a copy of your liability certificate naming "Ryerson/Faith Trustees and Pastoral Charge" as an additional insured.
Level 1 is our basement area, consists of two rooms. The Lower Sunday School Hall (LSSH) mirrors the footprint of the sanctuary immediately above it. We can comfortably sit 150 people at tables in this room. The LSSH has two smaller rooms opening off it which are suitable for small group gatherings or break-off groups. There is a stage at one end and a projection screen. The second room at this level is our Assembly Hall which is suitable for mid-size groups requiring less space than the LSSH. Both these areas are well lit, functionally-furnished areas. Tables and chairs are available as needed for all rooms.
Level 2 is devoted to Dickenson Hall, our formal reception area. Dickenson has two side rooms and a kitchenette, suitable for the preparation of hot drinks, and warming food, but not cooking. Dickenson is suitable for small wedding or other receptions.
Level 3 is the location of our Sanctuary & smallest meeting room. Furnished as a nursery for the really young ones in our congregation, this room is often used by our committees for small informal meetings.
